ADAM HODGIN
Adam has been curious about real estate for the past twenty plus years and finally is realizing his dream, selling real estate. Real Estate spurred a long-term career shift for him and his family. Adam enjoys meeting people, making new friends, and hearing about their journey. Adam earned two degrees in business and marketing and really enjoys helping people. His favorite part of being a Realtor® is witnessing the joy of individuals and families when they find their “Happy Place!”
“Homeownership is not only an investment in the future but also an investment of the heart!”
There are many brokers out there today, from the long-time familiar names that you know to new and upcoming trendy ones with flashy signs and big billboards, although Adam chose Keller Williams for a few reasons:
-
Family comes first with Keller. They realize we all have people and family in our lives that are important, and Keller Williams is very supportive of that.
-
They have a terrific program for new agents that really teaches you the ropes. From beginning to end, the training program and support that you receive with Keller Williams is the absolute best.
-
It's a TEAM! He has the backing of a team for every listing or purchase with many years of experience. When you work with Adam Hodgin and Hodginhomes.com as your Keller Williams agent you get the experience and knowledge of some of the best people in the Real estate
-
Keller Williams is EVERYWHERE! No matter the State or Country, rest assured that Keller Williams has a location nearby. Whether you are moving across the state of Oklahoma or maybe you’re moving to San Francisco from South Africa… Adam can help facilitate your move.
-
Keller is #1 in just about every aspect of real-estate whether we are talking about the number of listings taken and homes sold, as well as homes and property purchased. Keller is consistently on top.
When Adam is not working, he likes to go to concerts or enjoy time on one of the many beautiful Oklahoma Lakes. His greatest moments are spending time with his son, creating art together, building projects, and watching him grow as a young man! Another little hobby of Adam’s is gardening. With his knowledge of turf management and landscaping from a prior business he owned, he now has the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. Adam enjoys helping his neighbors improve the aesthetics of their lawns and property as well and in turn, that also improves the overall aesthetics and value of the neighborhood.

WHY USE AN AGENT TO SELL?
When the market is favoring the Seller, it may seem like a slam-dunk to sell a home. But there are so many ways things can go wrong for a seller who tries to represent themselves in selling a home.
The legal aspects of the contract alone are getting harder to navigate and seller’s need a professional that can write a solid contract, protecting their interests. In this fast market, of an average of 15 days on the market, using an Agent is more likely to get a fair market value for your home, assist with qualified buyers, and make sure your investment is represented properly and sold.
WHY USE AN AGENT TO BUY?
-
They have a ton of training! Buying a home requires lots of forms, reports, documents, disclosures, and other technical stuff. Agents can help you prepare an offer, advise you with contingencies, avoid costly mistakes, and delays in the process.
-
Real Estate Agents have even more search power than you do when it comes to finding listings that fit your criteria.
-
They know how to negotiate. It’s their job to help you be successful in this market. Knowing what to negotiate and what favors not to ask is part of their skill set.
-
They are connected to everyone in the industry. Agents make it their job to know everyone that can possibly help in the process of buying. Mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, stagers, and more, are in their network.
-
Whether you are buying from a friend or relative, you should have someone that has your back representing your interests. Buying a home is one of the largest purchases you will ever make.
